Storm preparation and post-storm inspections; seasonal home opening and closing; watering plants; running taps and flushing toilets to maintain plumbing; accepting deliveries; meeting tradespeople or cleaners; and/or personalized preparation for your return home.
Receive a comprehensive email report after visit, complete with photos and observations.
Leak, flood, or storm damage assessments. When repairs are needed, we can coordinate with trusted local Red Seal-certified tradespeople on your behalf. Liaising with insurance adjustors when needed.
